Special Tribute 🏆 to retiring Treasurer, Ed Evans & long serving President, Terry Baxter.
After 10 years as 💰 Treasurer, Ed-traordinaire (Ed Evans) officially retired at our 11 Feb. 2018 AGM. Ed’s exceptional service was recognised & duly 🙌🏻 applauded by all present.
Ed was presented with a poster signed by fellow committee members, along with a symbolic gold (painted) banner-hanging-pole with brass hook.
Too many signatures 🖍 to count on Terry’s Baxter’s long serving signed poster 🏆 tribute.
In 2016 retiring president, Terry Baxter, was presented with a framed photograph to acknowledge his many years of service & his contribution to the development of our club.
The photograph was surrounded by messages from members past and present, with signatures collected from as far afield as Maryborough to the Gold Coast.
Terry can now enjoy the club dances free from organisational concerns but will no doubt continue with his valuable support.
